Sena advises clients across sectors such as technology, medical devices, and education, with a focus on compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (No. 6698) (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including policy drafting, audits, and cross-border data transfers. Sena also has experience in competition law and commercial contracts, reviewing decisions of the Turkish Competition Authority, conducting compliance training, and negotiating agreements such as franchise, distribution, and supply contracts.
