Irem Pelen focuses her practice on contracts law, commercial law, corporate law and investment arbitration, providing advice to clients in both commercial transactions and broader corporate matters. After completing her legal internship at Egemenoğlu, she joined the firm’s Corporate Department as a full-time Associate in 2022. She has gained significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and revising both domestic and international commercial contracts, while also providing day-to-day legal consultancy to corporate clients to ensure their operations remain legally compliant. İrem has also been actively involved in complex arbitration proceedings before leading institutions such as the ICC, SIAC, and ICSID, where she has contributed to the preparation of pleadings, witness statements, legal opinions, and case and hearing management.
