Hatice Buse Taşar is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, focusing on complex commercial, corporate and civil litigation under Turkish law. She advises and represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of disputes, with particular experience in matters involving joint-stock companies, including annulment of unlawful board resolutions, shareholder disputes, expulsion of shareholders, appointment of special auditors, and access to corporate information. Her practice further covers disputes arising from contracts, high-value lease agreements, unfair competition, and intellectual and industrial property, and she has been involved in cross-border legal matters. She is involved in all stages of dispute resolution, from strategy development and drafting to the management of multi-phase proceedings, as well as negotiation, settlement and alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration.
