Gizem Nalbant Coşar is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department, where she brings extensive experience in banking and finance, health law, criminal law, and intellectual property. At Egemenoglu, she has acted as legal counsel for one of Turkey’s largest private banks, playing a key role in managing corporate debt restructuring for major clients. She obtained her LL.B. from Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2004 and has been practicing law since 2005.
