Fazilet Karabacaklar, who has been practising at Egemenoğlu Law Firm since 2005, is a partner leading the employment and labour law practice. She provides advisory and dispute resolution services to both domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters governed by Turkish labour law, and represents them in legal proceedings. With extensive experience in labour law, Karabacaklar provides legal advice on all legal proceedings relating to employer-employee relations, regularly manages complex projects involving collective redundancies, represents employers in the resolution of collective labour disputes through mediation and conciliation, and provides strategic advice and representation during collective bargaining negotiations. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the management of numerous complex labour law dispute processes. Karabacaklar, who has also served as an expert witness in labour law and complex calculations, has published articles and guides on labour law in numerous national and international platforms such as Mondaq and Chambers & Partners. She also contributes to the preparation of the journal ‘İş’te Hukuk’, published by Egemenoğlu Law Firm, and her articles appear regularly in the journal. She has participated as a trainer and speaker in widely attended training sessions, seminars and Human Resources summits.
