Cansu Nuhisi is an Associate in the Corporate Law Practice Group. As a sworn English translator, she advises leading multinational companies and corporate groups on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on corporate law, corporate governance, and complex commercial transactions in both Turkish and English. She has experience in the day-to-day legal management of companies, including regulatory compliance, operational structuring, corporate restructuring, shareholder disputes, capital increases and decreases, board and shareholder relations, key corporate decisions, and general assembly procedures. Her practice includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, as well as advising on board resolutions, general assembly documentation, internal directives, signature authorities, and cross-border corporate transactions. She is experienced in handling sensitive and high-stakes corporate matters involving shareholders, board dynamics, and operational continuity.
