Ayşe Naz Duman graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 2009 and has since specialised in Employment and Social Security Law. Over the course of her career, she has provided comprehensive legal consultancy services to a wide range of domestic and international companies operating in various sectors in Türkiye. Her advisory work focuses primarily on Individual Employment Law and Social Security Law, where she has supported clients in regulatory aspects of occupational and health and safety law, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving employment-related disputes.
Ayşe Naz Duman is also a registered mediator with the Mediation Department of the Turkish Ministry of Justice.
