Beril Kuldemir is a member of the Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. She provides comprehensive counsel on a wide spectrum of employment law matters, including advising employers on the lawful structuring, suspension, and termination of employment contracts according to Turkish Labor Law. Beril Kuldemir also assists with the implementation of internal compliance programs and workplace policies in line with Turkish legislation. She represents clients in employment litigation, including wrongful dismissal claims, reinstatement lawsuits, and disputes involving collective bargaining agreements. Her experience extends to conducting employment investigations concerning alleged workplace misconduct, harassment, and breaches of confidentiality.
