Interest Rates To Be Applied In Rediscount And Advance Transactions Were Determined. 03 January 2023
On 31 December 2022, new rates were announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey with the Communiqué on Determination of Interest Rates to be applied in Rediscount and Advance Transactions in the Official Gazette numbered 32060.
Accordingly, the interest rate to be applied to "rediscount transactions" against bills with a maximum of 3 months to maturity has been set at 9,75 per cent per annum. |
The interest rate to be applied in advance transactions is set at 10,75 per cent per annum. |
The determined rates have entered into force as of their publication in the Official Gazette. |

The Authority to Decide on Trademark Cancellation Passed to the Turkish Patent And Trademark Office!
