TEAMDILEK GÜRSAN KÜÇÜKAKSU

Dilek Gürsan Küçükaksu graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1994 and completed her master's degree in Private Law once again at Marmara University Faculty of Law. Gürsan, who started to work as a lawyer at Egemenoğlu Law Firm in 2004; Specializing in corporate law, dispute resolution between companies and their partners, financial structuring with banks and overdue collection strategy, she has undertaken the legal consultancy and dispute resolution of many industry-leading companies throughout the years. Additionally, Gürsan also has been continuing her attorneyship and legal consultancy in Egemenoğlu Law Firm as the Partner in Charge of Dispute Resolution, with her experience in the fields such as; death-related dispositions, personal rights and property regime liquidation, enforcement and bankruptcy law, law of obligations and alternative resolution processes. She has been registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 1998.
